Surf Frenzy 2013, Wijk aan Zee

The Surf Frenzy isn't just any surf contest, it's a total frenzy.This year a total of 120 surfers signed up for the contest!
10 surfers in every heat with shortboards, longboards, retro ect..
Surfbenelux asked me to take the task as head judge together with another friend. We had a blast running the contest, keeping the heats on time ect.. Big thanks to all the local surfers from Wijk aan Zee for judging all day! This contest keeps evolving in a good way.We had everything with this contest, even a Live webcast with 5 cams by Surfbenelux.

I also had a go in one of the heats, but my mind was still focused on running the contest and not winning it.

Monday morning session, shared a few with friends.

Had set the alarm clock for the monday morning session.
The sun was out together with the arrival of a small little swell.
The offshore breeze was chilly but i had some nice little waves.

A box from Arrived today from the UK bringing me some new gear for the cold Dutch waters. Big thanks to Xcel for the new stuff,
Now all i need is some nice waves :-)

Started up this new website project today.
